Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return/Exchange Time Limit: For non-custom products, unconditional return/exchange is available within 30 days after order sign-in; custom engraved products do not support unconditional return/exchange
  2. Return/Exchange Conditions: The product must be in new, unworn and unused condition, with complete original packaging, tags and accessories, no scratches, wear, disassembly or artificial damage traces
  3. Non-returnable Scope:
    • Worn, artificially damaged products (such as water ingress, collision, disassembly, self-repair)
    • Custom engraved, personalized customized products
    • Orders beyond the 30-day return/exchange time limit
    • Slight appearance differences caused by natural wood grain differences (normal phenomenon, not quality issues)
     
  4. Refund Process: After the return/exchange application is approved, the payment will be refunded to your payment account in the original channel within 7 working days; the buyer shall bear the shipping fee for return/exchange of non-quality issues, and we shall bear the shipping fee for quality issues
  5. Special Note: Wooden watches are made of natural materials, and there are slight differences in the grain and color of each watch, which are natural characteristics of the product, not quality issues. Returns/exchanges for this reason are not supported
