Delivery & Shipping Detailed Policy

 
  1. Delivery Scope: Covering more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, including core consumer markets such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East
  2. Delivery Time Limit Details (Working days, excluding holidays):
    • Europe and America: Standard shipping 5-12 working days, express shipping 2-4 working days
    • Southeast Asia: Standard shipping 7-15 working days, express shipping 3-5 working days
    • Australia/Middle East: Standard shipping 10-20 working days, express shipping 3-6 working days
     
  3. Parcel Packaging Guarantee: All wooden watches are packaged in custom shockproof packaging (foam + hard carton + waterproof bag) to avoid collision and damage during transportation to the greatest extent
  4. Abnormal Order Handling:
    • If the logistics fails to deliver within 10 days beyond the expected time limit, you can contact after-sales service to apply for inquiry, reissue or refund
    • If the parcel is lost, damaged or misdelivered before sign-in, we shall bear full responsibility, free reissue or full refund
     
  5. Address Modification Rules: The shipping address can be modified for free before the order is shipped; after shipment, address modification needs to be negotiated with the logistics, which may incur additional fees borne by the buyer
  6. Sign-in Instructions: Please check the integrity of the parcel when signing in. If it is damaged, please refuse to accept it on the spot and contact us, so that we can handle it in a timely manner
