After you design your watches, our team will make them according to your designs and ship them to your hands from our design studio. All of our Treehut watches are handmade one at a time with great care from top quality sustainably sourced natural material and highly rated Japanese watch movements.

• This Treehut fully customized product is not eligible for return and exchange.

  Product Warranty: We warranty all merchandise against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipping, and we will issue an exchange for a new product.

• Engraving will be done on the back of the watch. Please limit the engraving to 10 words and leave us a note on the engraving text in the note section when checking out. That simple!
